Clients can easily save their new appointment to their personal Google Calendar. For business owners, you can automatically sync your new appointments with your own Google Calendar.
Clients can choose their desired service provider (e.g. a specific hairdresser in a salon), location (if you have multiple locations), as well as their desired appointment time.
Set custom availability, included the days, time slots (working hours), and even black out certain dates (i.e. for holidays) or certain times (such as lunch breaks).

Yes, you can! Because our Appointments Add-on syncs with Google Calendar, you can access your calendar on-the-go by syncing your Google Calendar with your mobile device.
Our simple 3-step process is setup to allow visitors to book an appointment without having to create a user account. If they’d like to create an account, they are more than welcome to do so. The clients can also login using their Google, Twitter, or Facebook accounts.
That’s completely up to you! If you’d like to force the clients to pay online during the booking process, you can do so. If you’d rather them pay when they arrive for their appointment, that’s an option as well. Your VEBA Web Advisor will help you set this up.
Yes, clients who choose to create an account when they booked the appointment can log back in to your website to see their past and future appointments, as well as book additional appointments with ease.
