How can I purchase this add-on?

This add-on is included in our Enterprise website package. You can either purchase that package, or add it to any of our other website packages, a la carte.

Does this sync with my calendar on my phone/tablet?

Yes, you can! Because our Appointments Add-on syncs with Google Calendar, you can access your calendar on-the-go by syncing your Google Calendar with your mobile device.

Is it easy for clients to signup?

Our simple 3-step process is setup to allow visitors to book an appointment without having to create a user account. If they’d like to create an account, they are more than welcome to do so. The clients can also login using their Google, Twitter, or Facebook accounts.

Does a client have to pay online to make a booking?

That’s completely up to you! If you’d like to force the clients to pay online during the booking process, you can do so. If you’d rather them pay when they arrive for their appointment, that’s an option as well. Your VEBA Web Advisor will help you set this up.

Can the clients login to see their appointments?

Yes, clients who choose to create an account when they booked the appointment can log back in to your website to see their past and future appointments, as well as book additional appointments with ease.
